Q: Will Young Money magazine provide more content in its magazine due to the new quarterly format?
A: Young Money will continue to provide the same high quality content and will provide more pages when appropriate.
Q: Will there be any changes or extras included in the digital magazine?
A: From time to time there will be rich media, video and other new media available within the digital version of Young Money.
Q: I recently subscribed to Young Money and received the “8 issues for the price of 6” deal online. How will this translate if I choose to maintain my subscription?
A: All subscribers that received this deal will receive a two year subscription to Young Money magazine. This means a total of four print issues and four digital issues over two years. All of the issues received to date will be subtracted from the number of issues due.
Q: I received my Young Money subscription as a gift. If I choose to cancel my subscription, who will receive the refund?
A: Refunds will be sent to the name and address provided on the cancellation form. To send the refund for a subscription to an address other than the address originally used, please fill out the appropriate box on our cancellation form. Please make sure to include information for the subscriber and the individual/entity to receive the refund.
Q: I do not know how many issues are left on my new subscription. How can I find out?
A: To find out how many issue you are owed on your subscription, visit www.youngmoney.com and click the “Contact Us” link at the bottom of the page. Choose the topic “Magazine Subscription Question” and use the comment box to request whatever information you need. Please remember to include all relevant contact information and any information we might need to answer your subscription question.
Q: I want to change my mailing address. How do I do this?
A: Visit www.youngmoney.com and scroll down to the bottom of the page. Click the “Contact Us” link. Choose the topic “Magazine Subscription Question” and use the comment box to request an address change. Please remember to include your new contact information and mailing address and your old contact information and mailing address so that we can easily identify you.
Q: I want to change the email address for my digital magazines. How do I do this?
A: If you are already a member of Young Money’s online community: log in and choose “Edit My Profile.” Enter your new email address here.
If you are not already member of Young Money’s online community: you must become a member to receive notification of your two digital magazines. To do this, visit www.youngmoney.com/member. Young Money membership is free.
Q: How much money can I expect to receive should I decide to cancel my subscription? How will my refund be calculated?
A: Refunds will be pro-rated per issue owed. For those subscribers that paid full price ($15.95 for a 1 year subscription) directly to Young Money, you will be refunded at the rate of $2.65 per issue. You will receive a check for the number of issues owed multiplied by this rate or the appropriate rate depending on your purchase price. For those subscribers that purchased Young Money magazine at a bulk rate, a different rate will apply. A processing fee of $1.50 will be subtracted from the total dollar amount owed subscribers. Please note, free issues WILL NOT be included in the number of issues owed subscribers when calculating refunds for cancellation requests.
Q: Can I transfer my subscription to someone else?
A: Yes, visit our website at www.youngmoney.com and scroll down to the bottom of the page. Click on the “Contact Us” link. Choose the topic “Magazine Subscription Question” and request that your subscription be transferred in the comment box. Please include your name and address as the subscriber and the name and address of the new individual or business you would like to receive the subscription. Please remember that all subscribers must visit www.youngmoney.com and become members of our online community to receive their two free digital issues.
Schools and Libraries & Subscription Agencies
Q: As a school or library we only wish to receive print copies, is this possible and at what rate?
A: Young Money magazine plans to print two copies per year (Spring and Fall issues) and provide two digital copies per year (Summer and Winter issues). Both the printed issues (Spring and Fall) will come out during the school year, as will the digital version of the Winter issue. The price for the two print issues is $7.95. The free digital issues will be available in a PDF format, enabling subscribers to print as many copies as desired.
Q: We subscribed using a subscription agency. Can the subscription agency process my request for cancellation?
A: Yes. Subscription agencies can request a cancellation on behalf of their customer one of two ways. Any agency can visit www.youngmoney.com like an individual subscriber and request a cancellation using the online cancellation form. Agencies may also send correspondance to the address below and request cancellations for one or more subscribers. Refund checks will come directly to the agency in batches with all pertinent information on the customer(s) being refunded. Cancellation requests should be sent to:

Q: As an agency, will our mutual customers receive their refund based on the full purchase price or the price paid by the agency?
A: All refunds for cancellations will be prorated based on the remit price paid to Young Money for the subscription being cancelled and the number of issues remaining for that subscription.
Please remember that per Young Money’s Terms and Conditions, a $1.50 processing fee will be applied to all cancellation requests.
Q: My customer wants to maintain their Young Money subscription but would like to know the new expiration date. How can I find out this information?
A: To find out how many issue are owed on an existing subscription, visit www.youngmoney.com and click the “Contact Us” link at the bottom of the page. Choose the topic, “Magazine Subscriptions Question.” Use the form to request information on your customer’s new expiration date. Please include all relevant contact information.
Young Money Cancellation Policy
If you are unhappy with your Young Money subscription, you cancel at any time.
Individual subscribers and agencies may request a cancellation electronically by completing Young Money’s cancellation form available online at youngmoney.com/magazine-cancellation-form. Cancellation requests can also be sent via hard mail to the address below. Complete requests will include the NAME and ADDRESS of the subscriber on record and the person or entity the refund check should be made payable to. All complete cancellation requests will be honored and processed. Any written request for cancellation that fails to provide this relevant information will NOT be processed.

Refunds will be processed within 6-8 weeks from the date of request.
All refunds will come in the form of a check to the address and individual or entity named in the cancellation form. Refunds can not be applied to a credit card.
Subscription agencies may request cancellations on behalf of their customers. To do so, agencies should send email to subscriptions@youngmoney.com. Please place “Cancellation Request” in the subject line and include all relevant information on the subscription to be cancelled and the individual/entity to receive the refund.
