		<description>Well written however, there is a group of potential investors (like myself) who are not in a position to liquidate current stock holdings but rather shift our new investments to new ideas. This means the afforementioned "switching to cash" option is not as harmful as it would be to someone who was cashing in on stock investments to switch to cash holdings.</description>
