Identifying Information: name, address, social security number, present & previous employers.
Credit Information: bank accounts, credit cards, student loans, retail accounts, mortgage, etc.
Public Record Information: State and county court records on bankruptcy, tax liens, or monetary judgments .
Recent Inquiries: Names of anyone who has obtained a copy of your credit report within the past year or two.
