When I was 21, WorldCom collapsed. My father lost all his life savings and I called upon my limited business experience to help pull our family out of the financial hole. Armed with motivation and limited funds, I created a successful Internet business distributing rare Mustang parts.
Since then, I’ve enjoyed a wealth of success with numerous Internet businesses such as Affiliate Marketing, Cool Blue Performance, Invest Domains, Morrison Publishing, and Morrison Business. Over the past few years, I’ve expanded my business portfolio to other mediums (beyond the Internet).
Success breeds success. Thanks to my business success I have been able to position myself as a teacher, and an expert on entrepreneurial ventures. I’ve found success on the speaking circuit, hosting seminars where I can share my secrets for success. I’ve even written a book, The Hidden Millionaire.
A key tip I offer my students and readers is this: correctly marketing yourself and your business are vital to a successful Internet start-up. I started off using Internet marketing to its fullest potential—from search engine advertising to social network posting to banner ads. Internet marketing took me far, but it didn’t take me to the point I’m at now. Think outside the box; for example, could advertising a website using traditional mainstream media like television and print help to reach an entirely different audience? You can generate tons of revenue from an online business, but you have to be willing to expand your reach.
Focus on doing something you love. Luckily, the Internet offers young business people without money (or even a degree) a chance to be successful. You can measure success in different ways. I’m only 25 years old and I am already considered a success. For one, my companies generate around $10 million a year in revenue. Additionally, companies that I’ve been involved with have excelled to the top of their industries—companies that I still consider to be in their infancy stages. Growth potential is yet another measure for success. However, I consider myself a success simply because I enjoy life and love what I do.
Anthony Morrison is the author of The Hidden Millionaire.

Do you know what he is up to now? He is taking 24 people at a time and ‘ALLOWING’ them free access to his affiliate program to teach them how to market online and make hundreds of dollars a month….absolutely free! He really stresses how he can only work with 24 people even tho 600 of them get in on the live phone call. He has people going crazy trying to sign up that same night. Then, he invites you (at your own travel expense) to one of his seminars in Mississippi down the road. Little do they know it’s to get them in on this credit card venture for $4000. I believe the front side of this tall order (giving you free program to make tons of money) is just a snare for the real kill…the seminar in Missippi for the credit card lure. # 12 May 2009 at 11:50 pm

I wanted to comment on my experiences with the program. When I was able to get my advertising down to around 20 cents per customer I thought I would do ok, not so. I found that my conversion rate, between customers found to money in my pocket, was around 1000 to 1. Roughly 1 in 100 would apply and only 1 out of 100 applicants were approved, an outrageously low conversion rate. To be sucessful, customers would have to cost less than 4 cents and it would take hundreds of thousands of them to be viable. I also suspect that all viable approvals are not being reported. It looks pretty bad, seeing that he says that 60 cent per customer attained is viable, no way. There are many that complained that adwords would not run ads for such a low bid, which I found true, but when I solved that problem it still is not a viable program. Credit approvals are probably much lower now than in the past, which is a factor, but I suspect disohnesty with the approvals reports also. # 31 May 2009 at 7:48 pm

Worldcom filed for bankruptcy on 7/22/02. He is either lying, forgetful, or confused. Regardless, if he can’t get that right, everything else is suspect too. Yes, the story Anthony tells is true. He started his first internet company (selling Mustang parts) when we were in high school, or soon thereafter, yes he helped his parents financially, and yes he is a millionaire. The principles he teaches are true. You can make money with online marketing, affiliate marketing, etc. No you will not make money by paying him money for his system. I have known Anthony since we were kids and I admire his success. I feel bad for the suckers that think that paying him thousands of dollars will instantly make them rich. It requires a vast understanding of affiliate marketing + capital to make it work…or you put together a “system” and sell it. Do you think Anthony makes more money from his credit card system referrals, or from the people that pay for his system…hmmm? Ignorance is bliss. # 3 November 2009 at 11:56 pm

WOW, these people never cease to amaze me. This is not a scam, while I have not seen the actual program, the concepts he is referring to are based in complete fact and can in fact work. Like all salespeople, this fellow’s job is to to sell his product which requires emphasis on the positive aspects of his product or service. Where most people get into trouble with internet marketing systems is by not understanding critical paid search concepts - these concepts are incredibly in depth and are not easy for many technical people to fully understand, let alone your ‘average computer user’. Sure, you can drive traffic to your site without spending any money on paid search campaigns, but again, that requires an in depth understanding of search engine optimization techniques and concepts. Large sites spend hundreds of thousands of dollars per month on paid search campaigns, and can easily spend up to 10% or more of that just on technologies and people to optimize and manage their paid search marketing. With that said, again the ideas and methods outlined in most of these programs do work, but require a significantly deeper understanding of the internet, search engines and marketing than implied to really make money - sure you can always make a few extra bucks off family and friends with these techniques, but to make any serious cash requires much more effort and/or understanding than many average computer users are ready for. I have spent years analyzing and understanding website traffic and visitor behavior - and I haven’t made millions on internet marketing. Why? Even with my background, there are concepts that I don’t have enough of an understanding of to justify investing the time and resources necessary to make a ‘good go’ of it. # 11 December 2009 at 6:36 am

I tried the program as well. It is a SCAM and it is not as simple as buying the book and learning his techniques. Anthony Morrison reps called me a few days after i received the book and tried to sale me a mentoring program to put me on the fast track if i would join the program for $13K. Ya, you all heard it $13,000USD. They said this upfront fee includes my previously offered free website and techniques the book does not teach. After i started asking questions and questioning the logic of the rep, (named Gordon White) he then told me this was not the program for me and hung up. Anthony Morrison is a fraud. Notice that you cannot press *(zero) on his conference call to ask a question. All the “callers” are staged. So expertly staged, it’s frighteningly amazing. Also notice none of the “callers” ask, “do you have an example of a website you can show me?” You will not hear that one. Instead, by doing a Google search for “dealsmart.com” which is his main URL, and btw comes up blank, you get a subdomain like: http://www.dee.dealsmart.com It’s impossible for me to understand how this shiller, piece of crap, can ever get on TV and scam thousands if not millions of people. Unreal. I’ll do my part by reporting him to the FCC. # 24 December 2009 at 11:50 pm

Please remember this, don’t get fooled, stay away from make-money-by-doing-almost-nothing systems. These people know psychological tricks, their talking, the way they dress, gestures, voice tone, words are all carefully chosen and practiced to hypnotize you. DVD will just reiterate it. Don’t be afraid to ask yourself questions. If his system is so good at attracting/redirecting customers then why didn’t he uses it to re-direct people to his website to buy the book? Why do you need night TV ads, right? Think twice and be smart. If you want to get rich (or achieve something) in a most optimal, fastest possible way then google laws of attraction. I really wanted to believe this was legit! I called the 1800 number on his page (wich is nowhere to be found now) to see if I could get a human on the phone. This woman answered, so I started asking some questions. Because I myself am a skeptic, I went on to ask “well, if this can make me so much money, then why aren’t you doing it too, instead of answering the phones”? She then replied “well, I have 2 boys at home, I just don’t have the extra time”. to that I replied, “Oh, well, on his online video Anthony specifically talks to stay at home moms, and So I was really hoping this is something that would work for me”. She went on to say “really, your a stay at home mom? yeah, this is a great program and it doesn’t take alot of time either”. UM, didn’t she just contradict herself.? I hung up and emailed the program. I told them exactly what happened and how they needed someone who is more articulate and convincing to be answering their phones. They actually emailed me back! And what do you know, those emails dissapeared too, just like that other girl said hers did. They basically told me that the secretary reserves the right to be or not be a part of the program, and why would I base my decision on what she decided? It’s all too grey for me. I can’t get past that part of it. I listened in on the call, and yes, Anthony sounds super nice, and everything sounds so great, and I want it to be as wonderful as it sounds, but I think, after my experience with the uneducated, very unprofessional sounding receptionist, and after reading all that is written here, it can’t be that fabulous! can it? I guess we all have to decide for ourselves. And it’s sad but a part of me really wants to try this thing. # 21 January 2010 at 5:55 pm

Anthony’s program is just Affiliate Marketing, that’s really about it. The only difference? He’s charging you before he gives you FREE information. The US is full of tons of affiliate marketers. What separates the good from the mediocre is time commitment. Take a look at his brother, Adrian. Adrian works through the night, going to bed around 3-6am daily in order to get all of his work done. He is creating is own success, with a few tricks. Success isn’t always what you think it is, however. From my understanding, the Mississippi AG is investigating these brothers, but not for “scam” reasons. To those of you that actually paid Anthony money… I feel sorry for you. To him, his brother, and some other friends, you are merely “peasants”. These guys have never had class, and never will. They have always played themselves off as the “rich boy” type, but never deserved the hype. I have to give them credit for working as hard as they do, but the credit giving stops at that. These guys DO NOT care about you or anyone else–they merely want more money. I feel sorry for their poor mother who buys into everything. I think she is merely in denial about the storm on the horizon. These guys are going to fall, and they are going to fall hard. # 21 January 2010 at 7:15 pm
