First off, you mention that there are grants everywhere, especially fro govt. Any grad students know that there are NO GRANTS FOR GRAD STUDENTS. Second, the most important source for financing grad education is fellowship offered in just about every school, in every department. Lastly, everything else you said is just a same old advice given to any high school students and their parents. STOP GIVING ADVICE YOU DO NOT KNOW.
