1.  go to your bank and ask them if they offer a credit card, or

2.  apply for a credit card at one of the retail stores where you shop.

I find out when my upcoming closing date is on my credit card.  Any expensive items that I need that aren?t urgent, I pay the on day after the closing date.  This essentially gives me nearly 30 extra days to pay for it.</description>
