I ALSO NOTICED THAT I WAS MAKING 2-3 DOLLARS LESS THAN SOME KIDS WITH NO EXPERIENCE OR JUST A H.S.D. , I AM MORE THAN QUALIFIED FOR A NUMBER OF POSITIONS I HAVE RECENTLY APPLIED AND INTERVIEWED FOR AND YET AM STILL UNEMPLOYED. I WOULD SAY YES SIZE AND AGE MATTER AND DONT EVEN MENTION THE CREDIT SCORES ...THIS IS ALL DISCRIMINATION AND SINCE WHEN DID WE MEASURE AN EMPLOYEE BY THEIR CREDIT AND ABILITY TO PURCHASE A HOME OR CAR??? SERIOUSLY, ? DISCRIMINATION IS ILLEGAL AND WE ARE ABOUT TO FIND OUT HOW DEEP THE GOVERNMENT GOES DOWN THIS RABBIT HOLE. HUMM. MAYBE COMPANYS SHOULD START MEASURING THEIR POTENTIAL EMPLOYEES ON THEIR EXPERIENCE AND MERIT DURING AN INTERVIEW NOT ON THEIR WIEGHT OR AGE!!! Any advice is greatly appreciated.
