The biggest bill that I had was my cell phone bill. A friend told me about a wireless phone company called TracFone. I switched and it is awesome! I love it. I pay only for the minutes that I need and there are no cancellation fees, no overage fees, no cancellation fees. I would recommend it to every college student.
